You are the face of the floor. You own your section the way a host owns a room, with attention, anticipation, and genuine warmth. We are looking for someone who understands that great service is not a sequence of steps but a series of moments, and who has the instinct to make each one count
What we're looking for
You have at least two years of experience in a premium or fine dining environment. You are confident taking orders, reading guests, and managing your section through a full service without losing composure or care.
