About the role
Gram Street Coffee is looking for an experience Coffee Roaster.
Minimum experience required - 2-4 years.
Prior knowledge of roasting coffee, handling coffee beans, working with the roaster and coffee machines is a must.
Compensation is Rs. 55,000/month.
The team is headed by award winning chef Vanshika Bhatia.
This is a senior level position, with a lot of room for growth.
What you'll do
- Roasting 3 varieties of coffee beans
- Managing requirements from the cafe
- Working with the cafe team and baristas to maintain quality and consistency.
