About the Role: We are hiring dedicated Housekeeping Staff for a premium 7-room boutique resort in Alibaug. The property features unique architecture, including specialized pod rooms, open-to-sky showers, and extensive garden and pool areas. We maintain strict luxury standards, and you will play a crucial role in providing guests with a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Requirement: Minimum 1 to 3 years of dedicated room cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or premium hospitality setting. (General office or residential cleaning experience will not be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting furniture to a crisp standard.

• Deep clean and maintain specialized bathroom fixtures, including open-air showers, and restock fresh towels and toiletries.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor amenity spaces, including the swimming pool deck and garden seating areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal according to property standards.

• Report any broken items, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

• Follow correct procedures for documenting and turning in any lost and found items left by guests.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred, but practical hospitality experience is prioritized.

• Language: Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi or Marathi.

• Skills: Precision, strict attention to detail, and a strong understanding of hotel hygiene standards.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of continuous cleaning, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
