What’s in the candidate database?

Hospitality professionals across India — chefs, sous chefs, stewards, captains, F&B managers, front office, housekeeping, banquet teams. Plus a Global Search Database for international and specialty profiles. You’ll see the live count on your dashboard.

What counts as a “resume unlock”?

Each candidate you reveal contact details for counts as one unlock against your monthly / quarterly / half-yearly quota. The India database and the Global Search Database have separate quotas — listed on each plan above.

Can I use this ATS for candidates I source myself?

Yes — that’s the point. The ATS works for every hire you make, whether the candidate came from Kaam, your own referrals, walk-ins, or another channel. Bulk upload your existing resume bank when you sign up.

Are my candidate notes and conversations visible to other subscribers?

No. The candidate identity is shared across the database, but every interaction you have — shortlists, calls, notes, messages — is private to your workspace.

How does GST work?

All plan prices on this page are listed as “+ GST” (currently 18%). The GST-inclusive amount is shown alongside each offer. Razorpay invoices include a GST receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking — handled by Razorpay. Invoices and GST receipts available after each charge.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle — you keep access through then.
